The Future Starts with Young Workers
Every trade union talks about the future, and that future begins with the young workers who join our unions today. They bring passion, new ideas, and a strong desire to improve their lives. Yet, many hold back due to fear—fear of not being good enough, fear of management, or fear of stepping on toes. But these fears can be overcome! Young workers have valuable skills to offer, from organizing to social media. They are the next generation that will carry the movement forward. Let’s honor the sacrifices of those before us by building an even stronger movement for the future!
